Amazing Medical Benefits

Henson Group offers a broad range of medical, dental and vision plans through national and regional insurance carriers, including low-deductible health plans, PPOs, HMOs and FSAs. We cover up to 80% of all employee medical plans, including family plans.

If you want extra protection for yourself and your eligible dependents, you have the option to elect supplemental life insurance up to $2 million.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available at no cost, even if you don’t enroll in Henson Group benefits.  You and your family members may access free, confidential mental health counseling and referral services.

Matching Donation Program

To support our employees’ passion for giving, Henson Group matches employee donations (up to a certain amount) to nonprofit organizations.  Employees can nominate organizations in which Henson Group often promotes on our social media channels to join us in donating towards their cause.
