The Company deals in Microsoft Corporation’s cloud software products. Data collected by the Company is hosted in Microsoft data centres in the United States of America. This means that the Company may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Microsoft Corporation observes the EU-US safe harbour principles which require US businesses to provide an adequate level of protection of personal data similar to that required under the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act.
